Clients must cancel prior to the day of reservation (before closing on the previous day). Same day no shows/cancellations will result in a $5 dollar fee per household (not per dog). This will be paid during the next reservation.
Must be canceled 72 hours in advance of reservation. Cancellations after this time will result in a $10 charge per night (per room) added to account to be paid during the next visit.
